Andrew Hall, 94, died April 25, 2008, at the Mississippi State Veterans Home in Oxford, where he had lived since 2005. He was born in Union County to Sylvester and Senie Wade. He was a faithful member of Red Hill M.B. Church in Blue Springs. He was a veteran of World War II. He worked for the railroad and farmed most of his life. He enjoyed working the land and gardening.
Services were at the Red Hill M.B. Church with burial in Red Hill cemetery. Eddie Robinson Funeral Directors of Grenada was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included seven sisters, Classye Rogers of Racine, Wis., Gracie Gardner of Memphis, Mildred Ewing of Belden, Sallye Metcalf and Orealor Agnew of Toledo, Ohio, Elizabeth Hall of Brooklyn, N.Y., Elaine Hall of Rosedale, N.Y.; one brother, Nathaniel Hall of Blue Springs; three special children, Eugene Bradley, Willisteen Grady and Clara Lee Montgomery of Beloit, Wis.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louella Hall; and by his parents, one brother and one sister.
