Hazel Dodson Goodwin, 88, died June 2, 2008, at the Graceland Care Center of New Albany. She was born June 21, 1919, to Jesse Dodson and Georgia Bagwell Dodson. Before retiring, she worked as a sales clerk for Moore's Dry Goods Store, Pannel's Dry Goods and the Bargain Hut. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church.
Services were at United Funeral Service with burial in Vista Memorial Park.
Survivors included one daughter, Ranita Callicutt (Dan) of New Albany; two sons, Roger T. Goodwin of New Albany and Bro. Ronnie Goodwin (Barbara) of Mantachie; three grandchildren, Paul Goodwin (Rhonda), Joseph Callicutt (Julie) and James Callicutt; two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Goodwin.
