Henry Bonnie Hill, 84, died June 20, 2008, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. He was born Aug. 18, 1923, in Union County to Henry D. Hill and Athlee Pickens Hill. He retired from Futorian Manufacturing Company in quality control after 38 years. He was a Baptist and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Services were at United Funeral Service Chapel. Burial was in Glenfield Memorial Park.
Survivors included his wife, Gladys Hill; one grandson, Bo Hill; one granddaughter; five great-grandchildren; three sisters, Nellie Fay Mauney, Annie Mauney and Linda Gray; one brother, Harold Lavon Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Thomas Dillard Hill; a daughter-in-law, Patsy Gault Hill; and a brother, Gilbert Hill.
