Patricia Diane Hall Hood, 50, died July 5, 2008, at her home. She was born March 11, 1958, in New Albany to W.C. Hall and Rubeye Thompson. She was the night supervisor in the cafeteria at Pontotoc Nursing Home. She was a member of Victory Life Center. She enjoyed going to church, gospel singing, crocheting blankets for loved ones, cooking, and spending time with friends and family, especially her grandchildren.
Services were at Victory Life Center in New Albany. Burial was in Glenfield Memorial Park. United Funeral Service was in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors included her father and stepmother, W.C. and Barbara Hall of Saltillo; her mother, Rubeye Thompson of Baldwyn; her husband, Bill Hood of Saltillo; two daughters, Debra White (Randall) of Saltillo and Amanda Jackson (Ronny) of New Albany; three stepdaughters, Melissa Box (Anthony) of Mantachie, Leighanna Hood of Iuka and Destiny Moses of Rienzi; one son, Brandon Turner of Saltillo; one stepson, Wayne Hood (Keri) of Saltillo; one brother, Tim Hall (Heidi) of New Albany; eight grandchildren, eight stepgrandchildren, five stepgreat-grandchildren.
