My Langston family was in Smith Co. Ms. in 1860, Copiah Co. in 1870, and by 1880 the father and mother divorced. He was in Ar. and she was in Westburg prct. in Washington Co. with five of her children listed as living with her. I thought Ann Hannah Langston might have been buried in Hollandale because her grandson, who is my ggrandfather, told his children he was born in Hollandale in 1888. Ann died around 1890, according to her grandson's knowledge. Also, there were some children who died young and I thought they might be there too. On the 1880 census, the last name is spelled Lanxton. My ggrandfather's parents died young, and he ended up in Al. with an older sibling that I don't know the name of and can't find any other Langstons on any documents that came from Ms. My ggrandfather's name was Walter William Langston and he died in 1939 at the age of 51.
