I'm looking for information about Thomas Jefferson Sutton, son of James Morris Sutton. TJ was born sometime around 1840 and died around 1904. His second wife was Fleta Avery. They were the parents of my grandfather, Arthur Willis Sutton Sr. Arthur was born in 1890 in Clarksdale in Coahoma Co. However, indications are that TJ still resided in Washington Co. in 1870. He is supposedly buried in the Loughborough Plantation cemetery in Winterville. Any information, especially pre-1890, will be greatly appreciated.
