Dobb Stones Precinct

Does anyone know where Dobb Stones Precinct #2, Washington County, MS would have been in 1880?

According to the 1880 US Census records, Samuel and Lucy Watts lived here with their 4 children and Lucy's mother. My family believes that they were slaves in 1850. The 1880 Census says that Samuel Watts was a planter. Was Dobb or Stones a name for the plantation owner???

Thanks for any clues you could shed on this.
