I am searching for information on these families. Already have extensive information on the Atkinson family , thanks to Ken Simpson (Thank you!). Cannot find much of anything on Elizabeth Rix Whitaker (first married to William V. Covington, then Arch Weaver). She was born in 1839, died in 1935. Came from North Carolina. There is also a John Sharp Whitaker (and a junior) in the Atkinson family that could have been related somehow.
Also having trouble finding information on the ancestors of Daniel Alec McRae, (b.1893, d.1947). His parents were Daniel E. and Eugenia Ellington. I think they came from Alabama but not sure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
