Hello Janice,
Colonel David Quinn lived at Bellefountaine, Miss. during the Civil War, and was shot in his front yard of his home. He was buried under his front porch. There is a Quinn Family Cemetery behind where his house once stood, near Bellefontaine, Webster Co., Miss.! David's wife was Elizabeth Morris, she and several slave's were buried at this small neglected cemetery.
William G. Latham Jr.
