Hello Ella,
Old Pisgah Cemetery is located in Eastern Webster Co., Miss. off of Hwy. 15, north of Maben, Miss. and south of Dancy, Miss. I have Howell Peden, who was born Mar. 12, 1814 in N.C., he died after 1880 in Clay Co., Miss., which is near the Old Pisgah Cemetery! Howell Peden married Mary Ann Hamilton Sept. 16, 1832 in Oktibbeha Co., Miss. Mary Ann was born Sept. 12, 1814 in Lincoln Co., Tenn. She was the daughter of George Franklin & Hannah "Foster" Hamilton. Mary Ann died Jan. 1896 in Clay Co., Miss., she and her husband were buried at the Peden Family Cemetery, in Clay Co., Miss.! Do you think James Peden could have been the father of Howell?
William G. Latham Jr.
