Can anyone tell me the location of the Old Raspberry Cemetery, 4 mile's west of Walthall, Webster Co., Miss.! It is off of Hays Road, north of the road, where the payment end's, onto a gravel road. The first road to the left, it has a metal gate at this road. Through this gate, you will cross a large cow pasture, and go about 300 - 400 yard's, crossing a large revene, and up a steep hill. Follow the old cow path northeast, follow the wood line southwest, until you come to a old log road, follow this log road down into the woods, and look for some large cedar tree's, in this area is where the Raspberry Cemetery should be with lot's of sandstone's for marker's on the grave's. Catlet & Sarah "Hair" Murrah was buried there, also Green Raspberry and some Latham's were supposely buried there. I sure would appreciate any lead's in finding this very old cemetery.
