1880 Yazoo County marriage records can by found online with the following batch number on familysearch.org:

M520456 1880-1884

If you happen to find the date and details of the marriage of interest within this 4 year range, I think the Yazoo County courthouse can show you the original record. I don't know if parent names will be on the originals or not.
