Maud 7 Mar? 1893, IL, MA, IL
Frank 5 Nov 1894, IL, MA, IL
Wilmer 5 Nov 1894, Il, MA, IL
Sidney 2 Sept 1897, Il MA, IL
John B. Kelley and Florence L. Kelley are joint holders of a homestead patent in Carbon County, see this link.

I did not find a John Kelly/Kelley of the right age in the Carbon county burials.

There is a John Kelly 55 died 28 Jul 1907 in the Montana death records http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~mtlcgs/mtmsgs/mtdeath00K.htm
I did not find any sign of Florence or the children in Montana in 1910.
A search of IL census for 1880 for John Kelly/Kelley born Mass did not turn up anyone of the right age. There was a john age 18 born Mass living in Lee county with his parents both born in Ireland.
