Thank You Mike! your help is greatly appreaciated. Montana must have very good records. I have been looking for many years for John and couldn't find him. After his father died his mother married my great great grandfather. John is My greatgrandmothers stepbrother. He was a very good lawyer but very young when he was an atty in a double murder in 1894 in Burr Oak Iowa.
