Thomas Henry Hogan, died 1914 in Havre?

I'm trying to find out what happened to my great-grand uncle-in-law. He "disappeared" in Havre, MT in Aug or Sept of 1910 - not sure why he was there, possibly working on the railroad. I have found a death certificate listing a date for a person by that name on 27 Feb 1914.

He was born in Swift Co, MN 26 July 1883, married Julia Kalka in 1903 and had 3 children in St. Paul, MN. He was still in St. Paul as of 21 April 1910.

If anyone can supply any information on him or his death, I'd much appreciate it.
