Loree--
Does your Mulgrew information include a Celia Mulgrew, who is found in 1850 Blackstone census, age 20? Also, in the same census, Peter Mulgrew is living with the James Bell family. This family, along with Celia Mulgrew and two brothers Hugh & John Casey (also in Blackstone in 1850), all wind up settling in Ramsey County MN by 1851, when Hugh Casey married Celia Mulgrew.
would be interested in any connections...thanks!
