In my book DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF THE ENGLISH SPEAKING MULLIS FAMILY, I trace the descent of the Mullis family there from 1066; Alf Mullis tracked origins of British Mullis families by comparison of residences (1500-present) with probate "Post Mortem" of Roger de Molis in 1295.

Otherwise, you might try Later Day Saints' International Gen. Index under Mullis for Oxfordshire entries.

Good luck!
