I have copies of DAR papers for the griffin and ross family
my husband is Sammy mullis born in monticello, AR he is from this line. I have information for my daughter and grand daughters to join the DAR. will be glad to share this information. They are from the line of Henry Mullis and Elizabeth Ross who came to AR from Anson Co. N.C. I do not have them handy now,so I cannot post it, but if your are interested I can post them later. There is also a book about the Griffin family that is out of print but I do have some copies of some of the information. The Mullis family, Ross family and Griffin family have intermarried many times. They Have been traced back to Virginia, There is also a wondferful book by Barbara Anne Phillemon Clup about the Mullis family
