Larry, it is a very small world, indeed! If you look on the roster of Company "C" 19th Battalion Georgia Cavalry which lists your Mullis ancestor, you'll also find one "Pusser, Greer". This is actually Pryor Green Pusser, younger brother of my great great-grandfather, Hugh Pusser of North Carolina. Pryor and two of his brothers, John and Solomon left North Carolina for Georgia ca 1848/49 and settled in the Bleckley/Pulaski Counties area. John Pusser is the GG-grandfather of Buford "Walking Tall" Pusser
