Sorry I do not know the connection. My ancestor was Darby Mulrooney also known as Jeremiah Mulrooney. Left Sligo county around 1850. First settled in New York or Pennslyvania area then to Wisconsin. He was traveling with a James Mulrooney Unknown relationship, only that they were somehow distant relatives. There was a John Mulrooney who also went to England and then to Wisconsin.
