I'm sorry that it has taken so long to get back to you. I do not have any information on your side of the Mumby tree but I will let you know if I find any.
I have been checking into a couple of federal sponsored sites that have information from census reports 1871 and 1901. One of the web sites is http://www.collectionscanada.ca/archivianet/0201_e.html
