Pat, Thank you for clearing that up. My GrGrandmother, Lovie Slayton Waller was named after her grandmother, Mildred Slayton, b 2 Mar 1807 Toby Creek (Lower Double Creek)VA d bet 185-1857 Williamson, Houston,TX m David George Waller 25 Nov 1826 Dan River TWP, VA son of Jonas Bridgewater Waller & Mary Madding He was b 20 Feb 1803 VA d 3 Dec 1884 Williamson ,Houston TX Do you have more information on Mildred? Mildred was David's first wife. They had 8 kids. He married again & had 2 more kids. I have a cousin that carries on the slayton name, Frank Slayton Woodard. Your information has opened up a whole new area for me. I have more info if you want. Sherry
