Hello, I am Ian Murley, my wife is called Shirley, (unfortunate name!)and two sons Oliver and Thomas. we live in Guiseley near Leeds but lived in Bradford for most of our life. My Father was from Guernsey and his Great Grandfather was a ships captain, believed to have sailed from Bristol! He then settled in Guernsey, beleived to have married a French woman. I will try to find out more when I visit relatives over there shortly. There is a place in Ireland called Murleys Crossroads. I believe there is a large Murley family in NE England.
