Father Edward & son John sailed from Cornwall to Victoria, Australia 1853, to the gold fields at Maryborough. Edward went back but John stayed as was joined by brothers Edward and family, Thomas and William. John, Thomas and William married in Australia.
Mother Constance and sister Jane came to Maryborough in 1870 after father Edward died.
Edward family went to Wonthaggi coal mines.
John family went to Bendigo and Western Australia. Thomas family stayed in Maryborough, William was in Sth Australia, Western Australia and finally Melbourne.
