Is your reference to tme Surname found in Limerick Gerald de Murley, who was the Mayor of Limerick from 1279 to 1280

You will also find the surname in the Devonshire Domesday Book {in the year 1069}and under Devon Manors Halberton Hundred.

Do you have the idenity of your imigrant ancestor and the year he arrived in Australia.
