I'm sorry for your loss of your step=father. I can understand. We lost our youngest son in 92 to cancer and I lost interest in family research until last year. I was reared in Grant and Winn Parishes, Louisiana. My parents died young and i was raised by my grandparents. My Grandmother Frances Sarilda Hooper married R. F. Howell in Hardeman Co., Tenn. and they moved to La. about 1909. My brother and I went to Houston, Tx. in 1942. I inherited land in La. where my husband and I retired in 1982. I do hope to learn who Jeremiah's father was. I feel like it could have been Joseph's son who was deceased when Joseph made his will. Iva Lea
