The “Frederick-Rumph” family book (per Leonardo Andreas) names the children of Jacob and Christiana Morff as John, Jacob, Henry, Conrad and George. However, Christiana would have been really OLD for the births of the last three.

Do you know what the source of this information is?

ALSO, I found this:
“Henry Murph & wf Nancy of Lexington Dist., for $137 pd. By Daniel Cromer of same…78A, part of 670 A granted to William Kelly, and conveyed by Sd. William Kelly by a will & testament to sd. Nancy Murph, on borders of 12 Mile Creek, water of Saluda River adj. Cromer, Martin Sox, Martin Lybrand, Adam Cromer…12 Augt 1841_. Henry Murph (LS), Nancy Murph (X) (LS), Wit: Adam Cromer, William Shull. Proven by Adam Cromer, 21 Aug 1842, before Conrad Shull. Nancy Murph, wife of Henry, relinquished dower, 28 Aug 1842. Rec. 2 Jan 1843. Delivered to Daniel Cromer, 10 Jan 1843.” Pp 637-639: S.C.

Nancy may be a "Kelly".

Jan Murff Melton
