I also have a William Murtagh in my family from that area. William is a strong family name, as is Owen and James. These names seem to appear in every generation. I have taken a few months away from my geneology search, and now I am just getting back into it. I do need to go through my notes and reorient myself to the information I have collected, but would love to share any information I do have. My fiance and I have booked our honeymoon to Ireland (today!!!) and are planning on driving through Drumraney (the town that I can best determine my family members have originated from).

Hope we can help each other.

Sean
