Ellen Anna Musgrave, born 24 Jan 1866 in Johnson Co., Iowa and died 23 Sep 1890 near Cawker City, Mitchell Co., Kansas. She married Emery North on 20 Dec 1888 in Iowa. Her father was John Richard Musgrave, born 13 Jan 1826 in London, England and died 28 Dec 1908 in Omaha, Nebraska. Her mother was Margaret Montgomery, born 1 May 1935 in Northern Ireland and died 12 May 1896 in Johnson Co., Iowa. Her siblings were Olive Arebell, born 25 May 1868 in Chase, Johnson Co., Iowa and died on 7 Nov 1928; James Robert, born 26 Feb 1870 in Chase, Johnson Co., Iowa and died 20 Apr 1944 in Omaha, Nebraska and Daisy Musgrave, born in 1877 and died 24 Feb 1879 in Johnson Co., Iowa.
Ellen died from complications of childbirth and her children: Emery Carl North and Iva North (just 3 weeks old) were taken to be with the Musgrave family (Unknown location) I recently came in possession of several studio photographs with no names on them and believe them to be of the Musgrave family line. One picture was taken in Glen Elder, KS and one from Cawker City, KS. The rest were taken in Iowa, mostly in Iowa City. I see a couple there from Omaha, NE.
My desire is to identify these photos and give them to Musgrave families who are related to this line. thanks
