Jonas Quimby died in Wayne,NC 1792 had a name unknown dau married to Thomas Musgrave and dau's Sarah and Tempie marr. to Turbeville bros. Son Jonas went to Al>Ms. Son Burrell went to Tn with his sister and Thomas.
Burrel married Suzanna Rains in Davidson Co Tn 8/9/1806. Thomas Musgrave posted the marriage bond.
Thomas Musgrave and Burrell Quimby appeared on the 1820 Census in Lawrence Co,Tn. Thomas went to Hardeman Co. Burrels wife div him in late 1830,s and he may have died in 1840' in Perry Co.
The Sewell and Musgrave families use the Quimby surname as a given name and Jonas, Burrell, Bennett is often used in all three.
Do you know the sources for these marriages to Mariah Moore and later Sallie?
