I am researching a Rachel 1823 (Keltner?) who married William Ball (1822 from North Carolina). They had a daughter named Nellie Purina Ann Ball born in Giles, TN.

I believe Nellie Perina Musgrave you mention in your message may have been the mother of Rachel Keltner. Do you have information about that?
