John Musgrove married Isabelle Solomon on Nov 26, 1949 in Clark County, Illinois.
After thier marriage, they moved to Iowa where John enlisted in the Iowa Volunteers in the early part of the Civil War.
John was wounded at Vicksburg and died while being transported back up the Mississippi River to Iowa. He was buried along the banks of the river.
Isabelle later remarried to Francis M. Webb on Feb 5, 1874 and later had a daughter, Isabbelle born in 1877.
I don't have much on the Musgrove line. However, I'm sure somebody in my family has more information.
