Depending on the family line that you are connected to. There is supposed to be a heavy concentration of Cherokee in part of the family. I have not had a chance to dig that deep into the family yet. I do know my line back to Joseph Musgrove and Sarah Shelton, and while there is some in one branch there it is still under dispute by the tribal council. But according to them there is more on my Musgrove side than what I know about (the branch previously mentioned). There is also a lady that I have chatted with who has a lot more information.
