Hello, Russell, thanks for replying. I don't know much about tracing Canadian ancestry but you do need to establish when your family first came to Canada. Do you have Charles Henry's birth certificate or even marriage details?
I do know that some Musgroves in Canada are descended from a Methodist minister I think called James Musgrove, who went there from Cornwall, England in the early 19th century.Have to check my records to see if I can remember. If you do establish a link with Cornwall or Devon, please consider the possibility of DNA testing! Best wishes, Theresa
