This is a reply to a rather old post, so I hope it is still helpful.

T.E. Musselman was my great uncle. His ornithological skills and knowledge were legendary, especially in relation to research on the bluebird. He, like my grandfather and T.G.'s brother V.G. Musselman, was a gentle soul who was born and lived in Quincy, Illinois.
