The Old Musselwhite Cemetery is owned by the musselwhite Family with the deed recorded at the Cordele Courthouse Crisp county Cordelde Ga. The cemetery is located in a field in Crisp County near Cordele Ga. The original cemetery site was donated by Sarah Musslewhite a descendant of Thomas Musselwhite and Mary Alice Brown Musselwhite. There was two churches nearby who used the site for their burial ground so there are many graves not related to the Musslewhite family, I have only recorded the graves known to be related or that have the Musselwhite name. There a numerous graves especially baby graves in the Musselwhite section with no inscriptions It is known in the family that Thomas Allen Musselwhite and his wife Mary Alice Brown are buried in this cemetery, the exact spot is unknown and no inscriptions..The oldest grave with an inscription seems to be that of Lara Vann Musselwhite B 8-3-1879

Mary Whittle Musselwhite B 12-19-1863
D 2-17-1942
Oscar Lee Musselwhite B 11-17-1894

Uriah A Musselwhite B 12-10-1864
