Looking for Margaret Musselwhite of Eastern Kentucky

Margaret Musselwhite was my paternal great-grandmother. As a child, my Grandma Halcomb used to tell me her mother-in-law, Margaret, was a white witch, a healer.

My grandparents were John and Georgia Creech Halcomb. They were born in Eastern Kentucky, but moved back and forth across the Kentucky-Virginia state line several times, as their forbears did.

Grandma Halcomb was very dark-skinned, slender, and had bushy black eyebrows. Her daughters, Ollie, Ora, and Hassie were black-haired and rather hairy for women. Grandma told me our family had "Black Dutch" in it. I have since learned that is another name for "Melungeon".

Grandpa was blue-eyed and fair skinned. I would like to know more about his mother, Margaret, whose maiden name was Musselwhite.
