I am trying to locate a Musselwhite descendent whose name, address, etc. is lost. I have some information for her. She attended a Musselwhite reunion 6-7 years ago. Her story is one anyone would remember, therefor, this is it.
Her grandmother, a Musselwhite, died when her mother was quite young. Her grandfather remarried and as a result, her grandmother never had contact with the Musselwhites.
In later life, her mother attempted to contact and learn more about her Musselwhite ancestry and to find her mother's grave. She never did.
The daughter, who I am seeking, promised her mother that she would find her grandmother's grave. After years of searching and finding nothing, she heard about a Musselwhite reunion and planned to attend. On the way to the reunion, she saw an overgrown brier patch that looked like it might be a cemetery and yelled for her husband to stop the car. Searching in the brier patch, she overturned a headstone and sure enough, it was her grandmother's - along with other family members.
She contacted me because I had posted some genealogy information which she had seen. My wife had an aunt who married Bunyan Musselwhite and she was gathering information on Bunyan.
I have found some more infor. on Bunyan that I would like to share with her but have lost her name, address, etc.
If you were at that reunion, I'm sure you would remember her store. If not, then please pass this along so that it might reach someone who might know the lady I'm seeking.
