I would appreciate any info on Catherine MUSSER b 26 Jun 1810 in VA almost certainly in Frederick Co [Winchester], who in 1829 was married in Lawrence Co [Bedford] IN to my ancestor Archibald Anderson Jr.
She had a brother Joseph MUSSER SR who was also married that same year 1829 in Lawrence Co to a JANE TAYLOR. Their son Joseph Musser JR is shown in the 1880 census as a farmer b1831, then 49, in Greene Co [Bloomfield] IN an adjoining county. Any info on Joseph Musser SR would be appreciated.
A George MUSSER is shown as living in Lawrence Co IN in the 1830 census and may well be the parent or guardian of the above two young people.
John Musser, husband of Catherine Copenhaver Musser, is show living and having children throughout the 1820's in Monroe Co [Bloomington] IN, they are from Wythe Co VA and may not be related, but I cannot find them in the 1830 for some reason.
Lawrence, Monroe, and Greene counties IN all adjoin and are located in S Cen IN some 50-70 miles S and SW of Indianapolis. Anything you can supply on any of the above 3 names or their ancestors/ antecedents/ provenance would be much appreciated.
