Mussers in pension documents

I am a historical document collector and dealer and recently purchased a large group of documents from 1845-1847 that originally belonged to an attorney from Lancaster Pennsylvania that specialized in procuring pensions for veterans or their widows from the Revolutionary War, War of 1812 and the Mexican War.

3 of these documents are relevant to Musser's and to be honest I cannot figure out how they are related to each other. The first is a letter from Edward Musser regarding a pension for Ludwig Sweitzer dated Sept. 13, 1849 from Minersville, PA.

The second is from Adam Musser and Samuel Musser to the attorney dated May 1851 from Elizabethtown, Lancaster Pennsylvania requesting information about a pension but the pensioner is not mentioned.

The third is signed by Adam Musser and is requesting information about a pension related to his father, John Musser.

That is all the information I have. I don't even know exactly which war(s) these documents are related to.

I am interested in corresponding with persons who would be interested in these documents. Please e-mail me directly at
