Hi there:

I have a Joseph Musser, born in 1806 in place unknown and died prior to 1848 in Brookfield Trumbull, OH. He left a widow, Elizabeth Patton Musser, who then remarried Joseph Snow Honey.

I wonder if John and Joseph are brothers. I have looked for David and Mary Ann "Polly" Reed Musser but find no evidence of either John or Joseph as their children.

Do you have any further information on this family that you are willing to share? The Brookfield connection makes it likely that they are related.

1820 Trumbull lists only David Musser and John Musser in Liberty.
1830 lists same with addition of David in Weatherfield.
1840 lists Daniel in Liberty, J.C. Musser in Milton, and Peter and J.N. in Champion.

Wondering if any of these can be traced to David and Polly?
