Nice hearing from you. I am not familiar with your John J. & Melvina Brooks Nabors, I'm sorry to say. Wish I could have been of help. If I come across any data concerning the family will contact you.
When I first started researching the name, Neighbors, I was surprised by the various spellings of the name. Have learned Voisin is French for neighbor & Nachbar is German for neighbor, so added to my vocabulary while doing something I enjoy & that is a good thing!!!
