Abraham & Rebecca Brown Nabors, she the dau of John Brown & Sarah Weeks, are "not" the start of our lineage. Check out the following dates & places.
Abe b ca 1779 Laurens Co. S.C.--d 1838 Fountain Co. In. Rebecca b 1782 Laurens Co. S.C.--d 1844 Fountain Co. In. They had 5 childern, a son & 4 daus. They lived in Union Co. In. also.
Our Jacob's dau Judith, b 1777, is 5 yrs. older than Rebecca & 2 yrs. older than Abe.
Regarding Jacob Francis Nabors. Right here on GenForum check out my message #625 & Benny Gordon"s #627. You need to decide for yourself.
Old Abe & Rebecca Neighbors did "not" die in Loudoun Co. Va. but in Laurens Co. S.C.--Ref. Ramsay's History of South Carolina--page 234.
