Charles Leander NADING (1819-1888) married Catherine CLODFELTER (1819-1896) in 1841 at West Salem, Edwards County, Illinois. Charles and Catherine are buried at the Fairview Cemetery, at Fairview Township, Labette County, Kansas. They had 13 children, all born in Edwards County, Illinois. The entire family moved to Labette County, Kansas in the Fall of 1870 and are the proginators of the entire massive NADING family in Kansas.

Their twelfth child was George Edward NADING (born 29 Nov 1859 at Edwards County, Illinois). George married Mary L. ACKERSON (b. Aug 1861 in Illinois) on 21 Nov 1881 at Labette County, Kansas. George died between 1885 and 1887. They had two children:

Nora I. NADING (b. 1882)

and

Minnie E. NADING (born Feb 1886)

After George died, Mary married John W. McAFEE (b. Jun 1863 in TN) on 10 Apr 1888 at Labette County, Kansas. In 1900 Mary, John, Minnie and three McAFEE children (born 1889-1895) were living at Labette County, Kansas. Mary said she was the mother of eight children, five living.

Nora married L.P. CRONIN on 23 Sep 1897.

Minnie married Thomas D. McAFEE.

I would like to trade information with anyone who has knowledge of this family.
