Hi I am a medal collector and have in my collection three medals awarded to John Nagle for the Crimean War and the Indian Mutiny 1854 to 1857.Part of my hobby is to research the soldiers background. I have John Nagles Service records which state that he was born in Clonmel Ireland in 1830 he was discharged in 1869 and went to live in Colchester with his wife Elizabeth. I would be very grateful if anyone in the Nagle fraternity could give me any further information.Regards and Thankyou.
