DIED -- in this city on Sunday, 27th inst., Wm. NAGLE, formerly from New York, and brother of Judge NAGLE of Stanislaus county, aged 29 years. [The funeral will take place today (Monday) at 2 o'clock from the Pacific Hotel.]
