Trying to trace Jacob Henry Kirkhoff 1783-1842 - watchmaker - immigrated from Holland via Switzerland in 1799, naturalized in Berks County, Pennsylvania, USA in 1807 or Henry Kirchoff - native of Holland or Switzerland - father clockmaker - immigrated to Philadelphia, PA in 1799, when 16 years old, died in Berks Co., Pa. in 1842. May have relatives in Denmark, Germany or Great Britain also. Does anyone have any information on him or his family? Either he or his family members could have been involved in the conflicts.
