Try the French Ministry of Defence web site at http://www.memoiredeshommes.sga.defense.gouv.fr/index_en.htm they have some records online but the research application for the Napoleonic period doesn't appear in the menu bar unlike the other periods [white text at top of blue background - introduction - research].

I suggest you send them an email. If your French is not too good compose an email message in English then create a French version using an online translator a line at a time [tell them you've used one] and provide both copies French 1st. Ask them about the site search application "Napoleon" and if they can they provide the information you seek..
