Yesterday afternoon I checked Anson County land records & there are only two land records dated 1774 & 1779 concerning the Frederick family but don't state anything about family relationships. I checked the Wills & there are no wills on the Frederick name until 1875. Looks like what you need is not in Anson County. The best to you.
I see that George Thomas has replied to your message. George lives in Raleigh, NC & visit the State Archives almost every Saturday so he is a great contact for your research needs.
