Looking for info on Noah DIXON (b. 4 Jan 1787 in Beaufort County, NC; d. 14 Jan 1883 in Wayne County, NC). He was married to Mary/Polly _______ (b. Sep 1798; d. 8 Aug 1895 probably in Wayne County, NC). They had eight children - Sophia, John, Spencer, Ashley, Daniel, Nathan Everette, Nancy, and James Willie (all probably born in Wayne County, NC). Noah was listed in the 1830 Census in Chocowinity District. In 1840, 1850, & 1870 he was in Wayne County. Who were his parents? Thanks!
